Aesthetic Connection Refund and Exchange Policy

You have up to 7 days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase or delivery of your order, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Our Aesthetic Connection quality team will inspect your return to ensure it meets these criteria. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible. Opened or damaged items cannot be returned. Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All medical goods, prescription goods, and medical devices, such as dermal fillers, are not eligible for returns.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method minus any applicable return delivery costs. Delivery costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Refunds may also be applied to your Aesthetic Connection account (if applicable) as a credit entry.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, including short-dated stock items on sale, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, please contact us through your online profile by navigating to “My Account” and then “Return,” or email us directly at info@aestheticconnection.co.za with a detailed explanation for the return.

Delivery Costs for Returns:

When returning your item, you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing courier insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s) in good order. You can opt to have our couriers collect the item, in which case the cost of the collection will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

For exchanges due to order errors or change of mind, please return the original item(s) and place a new order for the correct product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, which is reported within 24 hours of delivery. For such exchanges, contact us using the same process as initiating a return.

Please note that the time it takes for the exchanged product(s) to reach you may vary based on location. Please always include the reason for return or exchange, the preferred payment method (credit or refund), photos of damages to the packaging or product, and your invoice number and account number in all correspondence.
